Our inhouse Health and Safety team, is managed by Richard Ellis. He will review all health and safety related project documentation, such as Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans prepared by the Principal Contractor, F10’s etc.
Richard is an experienced construction health and safety professional who impacts change through a progressive and flexible approach. He is fully aware of CDM 2015 regulations, able to undertake roles of Principal Designer, Client CDM Advisor and discharge client duties by appointment.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and currently sits on the Yorkshire Region of the Association of Project Safety currently serving a 3-year term.
